A client relationship begins only when Kosma Books and the client have mutually agreed to the scope of services and any required engagement terms, pricing, onboarding requirements, or other applicable conditions.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Kosma Books provides bookkeeping and related administrative support and does not provide legal representation or legal advice.

Kosma Books is also not acting as a licensed attorney or financial advisor through this website.

Clients and website visitors should consult an appropriately qualified tax professional, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed professional when advice in those areas is required.

4. Accuracy of Information

• Informing Kosma Books of material changes that may affect the bookkeeping work being performed.

Kosma Books is not responsible for errors, delays, or incomplete results caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by a client or third party.

6. QuickBooks & Third-Party Platforms

Kosma Books may work with or link to third-party platforms, including QuickBooks and other Intuit services, Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Google Meet, website services, payment systems, communication tools, and other business applications.

Google Calendar may be used to allow visitors and clients to schedule conversations with Kosma Books. Scheduled conversations may include a Google Meet link for remote meetings.

These services are operated by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms, availability, pricing, security practices, privacy policies, and technical limitations.

Kosma Books does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for outages, changes, data loss, security incidents, pricing changes, feature changes, or other actions caused by those providers.

7. Scheduling & Inquiries

The website may provide links that allow visitors and current clients to schedule conversations with Kosma Books through an online booking page.

When scheduling a conversation, you may be asked to provide basic contact and business information and a brief description of what you would like to discuss so Kosma Books can prepare appropriately.

Scheduled conversations are generally conducted remotely through Google Meet unless another arrangement is agreed upon.

Selecting an available appointment time does not guarantee that Kosma Books will accept an engagement or provide a particular service.

Kosma Books may decline work that falls outside its scope, capacity, service model, professional standards, or business requirements.

8. Pricing, Payments & Service Terms

Pricing, payment schedules, service frequency, deliverables, deadlines, cancellation terms, and other client-specific requirements are established separately for each engagement when applicable.

Nothing published on this website should be interpreted as guaranteeing a specific price, scope of work, completion date, or service arrangement unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement with the client.

9. No Guarantee of Particular Results

Business results depend on many factors outside the control of Kosma Books.
